Blacked out emblems, grill guard, Wade wind deflectors, White led dome light, Camo Steering wheel cover.

Ok well I'm planning on getting wheelers 16 inch type A steel black wheels. I don't know what else I will need with these wheels. Do I need new lug nuts, wheel locks, spacers, etc.? Please help.
