    2.7: http://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/pa...ICATION&group=ENGINE SERVICE&subgroup=FILTERS

    4.0: http://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/pa...ICATION&group=ENGINE SERVICE&subgroup=FILTERS

    Titus-Will Toyota (Tacoma WA)
    http://www.partswebsite.com/1sttoyo...tid=10020&subcatid=20099&section=1&type=parts

Shipping is typically about $9 minimum up to order amounts of $100, so buying in quantity is worth it, holding total under $100.
Example, Titus-Will, 20 oil filters was $88 shipped.
You could also order 10 oil filters and 3 air filters and stay below $100 with shipping.
3 air filters will cover you for 100,000 miles if you don't hit the desert.

Not at all true (and I am being very kind in putting it that way)

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/te...-oil-filter-made-thailand-vs-competition.html
For one thing, they are not made in China. Fram is, IIRC, Canadian made (Allied Signal).
Mobil-1 and K&N oil filters are made in the US by Champion Labs, and though the rest of Champion production is now no better than Fram, the M1/K&N filters remain quality products.

Was a PreRunner, now it isn't
You can use the 4.0L V6 filter on a 3.4L V6. It's slightly longer than the stock one.

    Ever open one up?

They're the eCore production from Champion Labs... as bad as Fram.
    GM doesn't make them.

Have a dealership local to me. Swooped in today and bought 4 filters and a stupid master cylinder reserve cap ($13).

Swung by a salvage yard on the way home, and they let me have one for free.

Debated taking the other one back, but since they were a little different, I tried them both on, and got the new one a little greasy. Guess I have a spare now.

OEM. Go to your local stealership and just work with them as much as possible with price. Buy in bulk to work the price even more and you'll be set on filters for many moons.

I'm pretty sure that 79-2013 pickups/tacoma use the same. I'm not 100% on the new tundras though
