2006 double cab

My son is getting my 06, and I want to upgrade the radio. I'd like him to be able to connect his phone to it either with USB cord or thru Bluetooth so he can listen to his own music. Having some type of navigation would be nice too, but not a necessity. Don't want to pay a ton either, just something to get him thru the next 4-6 yrs hopefully.
What's yall recommendations?
