Hey guys, I am getting some n-fab installed in a few days and am still torn between the 2" and 3" main tube. While out and about today, I came across a newer 4-Runner with some N-Fab steps installed and naturally had to take some stealthy pics to try to compare with pictures I've found online. This is the size that I like and it looked perfect. I'll be putting these on my '14 Double Cab Tacoma of the same color. What size do you reckon these guys are? Thanks!

I had the 3 inch and returned them. They sat to close to the body of the truck. The 2 inch sit further away because of being smaller. They look like possibly 3 inch.

It's such a tough choice! I know it shouldn't be, but I'm extra picky. I wonder if they look different on the 4 Runner based on the body style and the location of where the steps are bolted on? Not sure, but I'd love to maintain that look on my Taco. I do like how the 3" are closer to the body and fill the gap between the body and the steps but I don't want them to be too bulky.

I'm happy with the 2" very sturdy. if I did it again I wish I had went with the textured powder coat.

For sure. I'm going with the textured black, which looks to be a bit more like a matte black and not so glossy. Either way I'm sure I'll be happy with them but just looking for some opinions. Thanks!

Had mine a little over a year. Very happy with the quality so far. I found the best price from http://m.autoanything.com/ at the time I bought mine

Nice. I've heard people have had rust issues with the Nfabs...I take it you haven't had any problems yet? How are the winters?

The 2" N-Fabs leave a gap between the truck body and the tubes. This is my DCLB with the 2" N-Fabs mounted a while back. (I later ditched them for real sliders)

The 3" will fill that gap.

As far as STEPS go either one is perfectly strong enough to support you getting in and out. However, just want to make sure you realize these don't add any true protection. They add looks and steps. That's what they are built for.

My Pelfreybilt Sliders (much more money, but they are SOLID protection). I think they are actually better steps for my 5'6" self and a truck on 33" tires and a 2.5-3" lift.

Awesome. I'm wondering if maybe the 4 Runner just has a different body style that doesn't leave as much of a gap. I like the "no gap" look but the 3 inch tube just looks kinda thick (pun intended)
