Bought Taco completely stock on 7/25/09. Making the adjustment from my previous truck a 04 Dodge Ram HEMI quad cab 4x4.
    Hey everyone!

Does anyone happen to know what size RV trailer I can safely pull with my 06 SR5 Taco with a V6?
My family is having a reunion and I've got to stay on a farm and I know my family would be much more comfortable in a RV trailer but I don't want to hurt my Tacoma pulling something a RV rental place thinks I can pull.

Any advice would be welcomed! Thanks!

Welp 4.0 v6 tacos can pull like 6500 lbs but we would need to know more info about your situation-- how far, how big the trailer is and how much it weights, where youre pulling etc. If you're in a hilly place and/or there is a lot of wind it will make the taco really struggle. A tall camper will catch all kinds of wind and make it tough to pull. Thats what happens to me with my 2000 lb snowmobile trailer... its pretty light but so tall that the taco struggles because its 7 ft tall.

I pull this around all summer, it's dry weight is around 4300lbs and is 23.5'. Even with a head wind the torque convertor stays locked in in fourth around 60mph. I added a bigger tranny cooler and use factory wheels/tires when I pull it.
