What! special order?

Doing the 3" 5100 Bilstien Toytec lift and SpyderTrx 1.25 in. wheel spacers this weekend finally and wanted to have my new tires on hand and ready to pop on but I am having the hardest time tracking down the 275/70/17 BFG AT's I'm being told these are special order and priced as so too! I've researched the forums as best as I could to determine the best tire to put on the stock 17" Sport rims on my '07 4x4 dbl cab long bed and the consensus seem to say the 285's are going to require trimming on the fender well and really want something wider than the 265's sooooo thought the 275's would make the most logical choice...wrong Can anyone share if they have the 285's on wheel spacers with a 3" lift and if the trimming is needed. Please advise
