Looking to go mid travel and purchasing used fox/king/SAW/ ICON etc coil overs. Sorry if this seems like an obvious question, but other than wear and tear what should I be looking for? What questions should I ask? Thanks for the advice!

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
    How many miles?
    Any rust?
    Any leaks?
    How do they ride?
Does a full rebuild, recharge needed or just a oil change and recharge?
