What to use to paint/protect wheel wells?

    OME Coils/Bilstein 5100's front / 5125's rear 105 Amp Denso Alternator
    The wheel wells on my '03 PreRunner need some TLC. There are areas where the coating from the factory has flaked off, and I'm wanting to repaint them before winter.
    After prepping, would you go with something like 3M Rubberized Undercoating, Eastwood Chassis paint, or other??

    kings, dakars, relentless front bumper, NWTI rear bumper
    I used rubberized undercoating, it protects from flying rocks and other road debris
