Originally, I posted this mod that I did just over 2 months ago in another thread but will be updating some results here. I installed an aerodynamic under body pan to reduce drag and hopefully regain some of the MPGs I lost when I added larger tires and wheels.
    IMG_0111.jpg IMG_0113.jpg

The following results are from a trip that I drive once a week.
    25.5MPG
    25.1MPG
    26.1MPG
    23.9MPG (huge headwinds)
    25.9MPG
    24.7MPG
The next 2 results were taken after I removed the pan since I was taking it to the dealer for service.
    24.1MPG(no need for AC)
    23.6MPG(AC needed)
The average with the pan is 25.2MPG and the average without is 23.85. the pictures below were taken with the pan on.

What speeds are you driving to get this kind of mileage? I would kill to get even what you do without the pan. I’m not getting anywhere close to that even driving like an old man. The most I have been able to average is about 18 mpg. And it’s not like it’s hilly around here in Phoenix.

Around 90% of this trip is driving on I-95 in Florida which is totally flat. I normally drive in the middle lane with the flow of traffick which is usually around 75 MPH. When the flow is faster than that the mileage goes down and when it is slower it goes up. The wind also has an influence on the MPG. All of these trips except the last one did not require the AC to be used which also decreases the MPG. Hope this helps.
Edit, you also may want to check out the link in my previous post.
