I have stock wheels on my '13 Tacoma Sport 4x4 and I'm interested in buying new wheels and tires in the near future. My truck has a 3/1 lift which is more for looks than functionality. I think black wheels would look good with my silver Taco. What wheel and size would you recommend based on this info? Photos appreciated.

I would go with a 275/75/16. As far as wheels, too many to choose from. Just pick what you think looks best. I run the stock "Baja" wheels with a 3/4" BORA spacer and I think it looks perfect, but then again looks are subjective.

I have both 16 and 17 inch wheels and personally prefer the look of the 17's--a little less tire, a little more rim... It's not a massive difference and definitely a personal preference.

First pic (black rims) are the 16's, second pic are the 17's.

I have billies upfront at 2.5" with 265/75 on stock 16's I could go to 285's I think but it would require some trimming.

265/75/16 and 265/70/17--took the most conservative route that looks reasonable on the truck IMO.

It's worth it if you're comfortable with the cuts!

I have the 17" 4Runner TRD Pro rims with 265/70/17 tires. Works well for me. I might get a little taller tire next time but not sure..

Looks great what coils you got in the front?
    Did you have to trim?

Edit: I see it now 881. Perfect, I'm running 5100s too, I'm gonna do exact same.

love the way the truck looks!! What size tire does this come out to? and what kind of lift are you running? thinking of going with a similar setup.

The tires come out to about 31.6”. I am running bilstein 5100s all around set to lowest setting. Have OME 885 coil overs in the front.

265/70/17 with a -6 offset. Comes out to 31.7 and I surprisingly rub a good amount which is odd. Going with 3/1 spacer lift soon.

I rubbed too with same size while turning hard in reverse. I cut a fair bit of my fender lining to correct it.
