    1. stock flares were the standard phillips/hex screws w/ the clips on the body panels. easy to take off.

    2. The main mounting is the same screws you removed from the stock ones. the clips are not reused. you will have to get some sort of flexible, thin metal to attach the flare part that will go over your front bumper.

    3. you would onlt need the 4 part. the 6 part includes the pieces that match to the stock front bumper.

    4. cutting them to sit flat against the rear bumper is thr harder part. what i did was pull in the top of the rear flare tighter to the inside and attached it so it would pull in the loose bottom part where it was cut off.

Here are some updated pictures of the fender flares. I am still working on perfect fitment but these flares went on pretty nicely.

This is the fitment that I am working on, just need to do a little bit of trimming and it should lay right against the fender nicely. I am still working on the passenger side rear because that side is seeming to need a little bit more trimming to fit but no major modifications. I mounted mine with stainless steel hardware #10 and just drilled new holes. I have not put the lock nuts on the back of the hardware yet but that will come after all final trimming.

there is no reason you shouldnt be able to use the stock screws and holes. you need to push in on the bottom of the flare to get the stock holes to fit where those indentions are. that pressure is what keeps the top against the body.

This is absolutely correct jhodge83. I just chose this method to have the lock nut on the backside for extra security. There is no reason to not use the stock hardware as all of the indention do align with factory mounting locations.

I have not seen any pictures of the bottom flares mounted yet, I would be interested just to see how it looks.

Jungle Fender Flares, Spray Liner Rocker Panels and Lower Fenders
This is the Jungle Fender Flare that goes on the front bumper.

There is one spot to bolt to the flare to the bumper. I didn't see how that one bolt could hold the flare to the bumper. I tried to catch the inside lip of the bumper and screw it to the bumper lip, but the flare wouldn't line up with the main fender flare.

I ended up fiberglassing a tab to the bumper flare so that I could get the bumper flare to line up with the main fender flare.

I painted both flares with Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating before I mounted them.

I used 5/16 stainless bolts with lock nuts to mount the flares. It took some adjusting with washers and spacers to get everything to line up. All in all it wasn't to difficult of a project.

I'll post more pics of rear flares when mounted and painted.

Like Jamie, I also recommend using metal strapping to reach from the fender flare to the inner fender or bumper as shown here. Part of the beauty of fibreglass is that its so easily modified as you have done. Of course your fibreglass tab will work fine, but the metal strapping is just more convenient and less time-consuming. It can also be bent to get it positioned just how you need it as well. With only one mounting point, it will be very difficult to adjust it to get it in the correct position and lined up properly. I'd definitely loosen off your current mounting hardware, then add a second mounting point using metal strapping. That should allow you to get a much better fit on this front bumper mounted flare. Elongating the holes will also give you more room for fine-tuning adjustment.

Just see Cotruckin's last few posts above in this thread. He has successfully installed these flares on the long box.

So what exactly did you trim to get the SB flares to fit on the LB? The flares or the actual fender?

That looks really good. Especially bc we have the same bumper, this is looking more like a go! Does anyone know how long the $280 special is good for?
