I would like a flare and template to cut out the fenders so as to install the largest tire possible with out rubbing and without lifting the truck. That would mean no lift kit needed, then I would not ware out my cv axels from being lifted and would not need to stop my front axel from turning all the time "A REAL PAIN TO DO" Also my truck would have a low center of gravity "GREAT" and not turn over as easy. Also round them like the ford rapture that looks cool, yea like the other guy said. Since when did we put a round tire in a square fender, looks kinda funny to me. Nissian and The Raptor got us on that one. I bet we could install 33" rubber with the right flare ?

A larger/chopped flare won't fix having to chop the body mount where the 33+ tires hit. I may have read this wrong though since I'm buzzing from the valum and waiting to get my nuts snipped...lol

As far as fender material goes can we have a durable hard rubber option vice fiber glass. I'd like something that can take some abuse and bend/bounce back. As far as size goes I'd like to just cover 285's with 3" of lift, maybe 2-2.5" wider then stock.

+1... Something I asked ArticTrucks if they would sell me, like I'm sure many of us have. And they so kindly told me NO. :(
But yeah, something that comes out enough to fit 35's so that I can trim the metal fender underneath, and add a wheel spacer to eliminate my inner rubbing. I guess that would have to be like a "pocket flare"

wide. Like 3" + off the steel. Also, some actual bolt on would be nice. but no fake bolts, bolts are cool if they are real, and actually hold the flares on, but the faux crap is just that, crap.

I do like the idea of actual bolt on fender flares though, so..

    aggressive lines

    and hurry!

IMO, those will look like poop unless you have 15" wide tires...

Is this even going anywhere? I just ordered bushwackers today. No rivets might have been nice, but a good solution now beats some "perfect" solution in the far off indeterminate future...

For us (and likely as well as other producers), the main issue with producing the Arctic Style fender flares is the shipping. These are so big that we could probably only put one flares in each box. Altogether, our cost just for shipping the 4 boxes to a customer would likely be at least $400

JFF currently has my set of stock SB flares that they are using to mold for the ones they are going to produce.

i heard from blake earlier and they are getting ready to make the inital molds. i'm not sure where he is going to take them. i can only take my info from looking at the ones they produce for the 1st gens. he's been in here and aware of what people are looking for, so once they get into the design phase, i'm sure we'll all know. definitely no BW screws for sure though.
