something that extends 3-3.5" past the stock flares and matches up to stock mounting points. don't want to cut or drill my fenders.

    ^^^This!

One day I will have an offroad rig along with my street wheels, I hate the look of the riveted/bolt holes that follow the flares

Does this mean wheel Clearance or width?
+1" over factory flares would be nice, plus a cut-out option to get more wheel clearance. Variety is the spice of life! :D
Like the fact that there aren't any fake bolts on these.

I would like to see a flare that matches the factory flares body lines and is a direct replacement. They need to be color matchable. Keeping the factory body lines while having a more aggressive look and covering bigger tires/ lift kit.

exactly oem look, and allow them to clear larger size tires it looks like i will be removing mine to make room for a wider and taller tire and that sucks because then you are driving around wit big square holes in the fenders. i wish some one would bring these to market soon.

i'm also interested i the mild glass fenders as well.

Have the 09 tacoma. i run with a 3in. lift kit with 285/75 tires. You get about an inch or so sticking outside of fender. Would be nice to have small width sizes available. Other brands are just to wide for what I would want. A simple strong 3M peel-off would make easy install. Most lifts require the front mud flaps to be removed or rubbing will happen. Might be nice to make a lower mudflap that works under the fender rather than inside.
    Best of luck to you.
