    My 09 Access has the same problem - volume knob won't work, but steering wheel controls will. I thought it was just me. I'm going to schedule a check-up with the dealer and I'll add this to the list.

    I've actually been in a brand new one at a dealership with the jbl option and the volume control didn't work. Dealer said if I buy the truck, I have to take it in for warranty.
