I'd argue that even w/ the lousy resolution, the pano camera is a sweet feature if you do any serious offroading. Good way to see where you're lining up your wheels, especially since the hood on the 3G Taco is monstrous. I wish I had the pano camera on my 2019 OR

Toyota seems to put out 2 brochures every year, a shorter one and a longer one. The one you linked to is the shorter (19 pages) one. It doesn't have the detailed trim level comparison tables that the longer one has, where they list every single standard and optional feature for each trim level. When they release the longer one, it will likely be about twice as many pages as this one. But thanks for posting this link in any case.

edit to add: the full brochure for 2019 is 31 pages, and for 2020 is 37 pages.

I "physically" want the brochures in my hands.
The PDF(s) I have been searching for since I bought my truck. NADA

Personally, the LED lights were the only option I really wanted on my OR. I also needed floor mats. Otherwise I like my nearly “stock” OR because I’ll customize it when I feel the need. Although... I have to admit that a moonroof would have been nice, but for me it was not worth the extra 4K in packages required to get it.

I bought the Husky X-act Fit floor liners.
Honestly, they're really no better than the factory mats.

I have the Husky Classic floor liners in my 2004, since 2005.
    I feel they're a better floor liner.

Tacoma owners: That Tacomas are trucks and not padded out soccer-mom-mobiles is a big part of their appeal.

Also Tacoma owners: wHy dOn'T YoU hAvE aLl ThE NeWeSt TeCh!? (I don't mean to pick on you, it's a pretty common sentiment here.)

Anyway, I wish I could let anyone complaining about headlights drive my old '91 4Runner.

WOW.... Thanks man... Salesman told me remote start was only available through the app on my 2021 TRDOR... And they included a 1 year free subscription...

Just tested my key fob as you described and sure as shit I have remote start... Without needing to use the app...

Crazy enough... Tested my wife's 2019 Camry and it works on her car too... She didn't know she had remote start without the app either.

So a big thanks from us to you.

Hmm... Pretty sure my 2021 TRDOR has a trans cooler... Don't feel like removing the grille for a better picture, but you can kind of see here..

No offense taken. I just think it's absurd that I've had basic cars from the late 1990's that had power seats standard. That's not something cushy, it's just modern technology. Otherwise just replace my seats with a milk crate like the good old days of the Model T.

The LED's are a different story because they are new(ish) tech. It's just weird to me that the Prius got LED's standard before the Taco lol

The previous models had an additional external trans cooler aside from the one built into the radiator. Theres an entire thread on it. My 16 had it and my 21 does not.

Toyota marketing has convinced you that the lack of tech is a feature. The reality is they are lazy and afraid to mess with what is working when it comes to trucks, and who would blame them? They own the midsize market share with the equivalent of a 15 year old platform. The f-150 is an interesting comparison, because the 11th generation came out in 2004. They are now on the 14th generation. Lot's of different engines and features that haven't changed the perception of what the f-150 is. Meanwhile we're here worried that power seats and better lights are going to make us soft?

My point is Toyota should be using the Tacoma Limited as a testing platform to try out new features like a multifunction tailgate or air conditioned seats that would one day be applied to the rest of the line and even a new Tundra. But instead it gets hickory leather and extra chrome bits.

You can get leather seats/moon roof/LED headlights/an actual modern head unit with android auto-crapple car play.

All in an OR. Which is kinda nice if you don't want a limited, or want a full size bed vs a pro.

F150's also drop in value 25% the second you drive them off the lot AFTER they gave you a $15,000 rebate. Very few of the generational changes have been anything significant. Minor facelifts and some minor powertrain changes. Pros and cons to everything.

No that’s where it used to be. Toyota removed them on the tundra also

I may be in the minority here, but I find the power driver's seat to be an annoyance. It adjusts .... slowly. If I want to scoot the seat back in a hurry, I can't do it. There should at least be a manual release for the seat.

And another thing -- all the fancy "connection" features depend on having a smart phone. For old geezers like me, smart phone technology involves a learning curve for which we're not willing to invest the time. Having a smart phone, in general, does nothing for me. I have a simple cell phone, but I use it for outgoing calls only. I'm not going to waste my time answering spam calls.
