I’ve had a couple white cars in the past as well (most recently a blizzard white pearl toyota) and agree that they are beautiful especially the toyota white with the pearl. Sparkles. And they charge ya a few hundred more for it too!

Some white cars look like fleet or rental cars though. I’m talking to you Chevy. Just a boring dull white. Blah. Lol.

In the garage currently we have one white and one silver. No comparison really, silver by far and beyond is easier to keep looking clean.

Definitely White. On my 3rd one. And in the middle of Summer try putting your bare hand on the hood or top of any other color except maybe Sand/Tan.

Silver just looks like a darker sliver when dirty.. I’ve own 1 silver and 4 white vehicles.. white is easy to maintain but silver has been the easiest.

I must say I am pleasantly surprised how long my blue looks clean. I was concerned when I bought it 2 years ago but the thing stays clean and I only detail it every 4 to 6 weeks. I had a red, a tan and a white Taco and the blue stays clean looking just as long as the other colors did. I do keep it waxed and that does help tremendously.

I used to paint cars, like, 30 years ago. Silver SUCKED then and was basically metal flake in mostly clear, very little pigment. In the south with all the sun, the metal flake started oxidizing quickly and always required a blend.

Today's paints seem to have solved that problem, but I can't get over hating silver. And I have owned 2 silver Tacomas. Mainly because that was what they had and the best deal at the time.

Anyway, it does hide dirt well.

I love my Sky Silver - hides dirt and scratches extremely well. My wife always asks me if I’ll ever get anything other than “boring” silver but at the end of the day most silver looks great with a ton of black accents.

Had a '99 (older style) Chevy Silverado PU that was PEWTER.....called it ROAD DIRT myself - you almost had to be on top of it to see the dirt. Best color I have seen to 'hide' the dirt!

Current truck is dark blue metallic, it's harder to keep clean than black.

Just don't wash it and it will take on a color of it's own. My truck is 6 yrs old and has probably been washed that many times. Looks great.

White stays the cleanest in winter and pollen etc. If you live in an area with a ton of summer bugs white is never clean.
