Any tricks other than a heat gun to peel dealer stickers off of paint? I'm OK with the license plate ring, I have a problem with stickers on paint. I asked that they not be put on, and the last times they gladly obliged, this time I was too late.

Oh.. and its the little individual letter ones, so its actually about 50 small stickers!

Eraser wheel easiest. I'd go with gently heating them up and a razor blade with steady hands. Most likely the sticker hasn't been there that long.

    Wax the area after.

Bring to dealer and let them do it. Or maybe charge a monthly advertising fee!

If you don't feel comfortable taking it off your self, Just take it in and ask the dealer. Other than that, A heat gun or blow dryer and some patients. Tear it off slowly and you should have no problem expecially since its new.

Tell the dealer to take the sticker off and tell him where he can stick it (his ass). Dealer stickers are soooooo tacky.

Debadged all emblems. trd stickers still on for now
Do not use a razor blade on painted surface. I sharpen a plastic scraper with a file or a grinding wheel. Heat slightly, then scrape under letters. Finish cleaning adheasive with, GoofOff, or lighter fluid. I have done this on several vehicles.

Use a plastic razor blade and heat gun on low. You should be able to find it at Lowes/Home Depot/Ace.

Your only warming the sticker up enough to make the glue gooey.

I'd start with the hair dryer vs a heat gun. They can't burn your paint. I messed up the finish a bit on mine by using 3M adhesive remover and rubbing it very aggressively with one of those disposable blue shop towels. I was able to buff it out with Scratch-X and it looks good as new now.

I normally use a 3M eraser wheel for the thicker residue and brake parts cleaner for thinner... I've used them both many many times over the years with out any issues.

Like the other guys said. Blow dryer and just peel them off. With it being Summer just park the truck outside where the sun hits it and it should be plenty hot to just peel off especially if they werent put on a long time ago. I cant understand people that leave those decals on their vehicles like that.
