My neighbor sold his Diesel Colorado after 6 months. We live in a cold area, he said it had all kinds of issues when the weather turned. Might be something worth checking out before you buy.

I probably won't end up getting a 2018 until March/April and then the 19's will be out by August/September!

Yes, it should fit. However, from what my dealer is telling me (for what it's worth) is that they (Toyota) are currently selling the '18 Pro grill as an upgrade. You could buy the '17 Pro grill, which does have a spot for the sensor, but you would have to make your own cover plate, if you wanted one.

Why would you need to make a cover plate for a 17’ pro grill? the 18’ pro grill is the same as the 17’ pro grill. No cover and both have spot for TSS

The 18 pro grille is different. It has a square plexiglass section if you look at the pictures.

Because the '18 has the cover plate to protect the sensor. The '17 doesn't have it. There are pictures somewhere in this thread that shows the difference between the two.

Exactly! That is the question. My local dealer told me that they don't have a part number in the system for the '18 Pro grill yet. I asked them what they would do if I had an '18 Pro and damaged the front grill. How would they replace it? They had no answer.

There are people on here that have the Pro grill on their '18, but it seems to be confirmed that they have '17 grills and not '18's with Plexiglas cover.

I thought I would post a pic of my '18 TRD Sport with the M6. I got it on Friday and drove it down to Florida from Canada on Sunday. Very happy with the truck and the leather is nice. Same leather that is used on the limited.

Here it's just arriving. It had 2kms when it came off the truck.

In Florida with installed wheels, hard tonneau cover, running boards and led headlight bulbs.

These are the best pics on TW of a black pro to date, thanks. After getting rear ended by a semi yesterday, I’m probably faced with making a color decision on a 2018 pro. Red is no longer an option.

Just saw a red one with 1700 miles on it at a so-cal dealer a couple days ago. You could have it shipped.
