What's the deal with most 16" wheels not fitting the 2nd gens?!

I'm trying to get Some new wheels. I went to 4wheel parts because it seems they are the only shop who carry pro comp around here. Most if not all the 16" wheels I choose 4 wheel parts turns down because "the don't fit around the caliper". What can I do to get a 16" wheel? It looks like I might have to go with a 17" wheel but don't want to.

 

Your first problem was going to 4 wheel parts. Those guys don't know ****, they just feed you lines.

That being said, there are SOME brands of 16's that will hit the calipers. Your best bet is to find the wheels you want and do a search to see if anyone on here has them already.

 

i bought 16'' procomp 7089 from 4wp they fit perfect. maybe them guys at ur store dont know jack.
