That driveway is massive. Even with pavers I bet people still use it to turn around. Unless you want to go way out of your way (by putting up a chain, putting down spike strips, etc.), I think your best alternative is to to put up a beast of a mailbox. A couple of railroad ties buried halfway in the ground ought to do plenty of damage to any offending vehicle.

Put the railroad ties right down the middle of the driveway!! Easy and cheap.

Take that portable B-ball thingy on the side of the yard and put it in the center of that driveway, about 6-8' in from the street. That alone should interrupt any flash confidence a driver may get about using that drive again:)

I think I need to put them up reguardless.

It's really not the fact that people use it as a turn around, it just happens so damn much, and then this.

Yeah, I could go for that. Now where do I get 'em? The funny thing is our bedroom is right over the driveway. We had the window open and didn't hear a thing. I bet I'll here 'em if they run in to those.

I'll have to take to the neighbor about that one. Then again, something that I would probably forget about and back in to. I'm way to spacey.

A tank. I wouldn't try to navigate a tank with its barrel pointed at me.

Three steel 4"x4" posts about 3 ft height out of the ground.... then a chain........ my neighbor has it like that, because people do the same on her driveway, and they were always breaking the tiles.....

I like it. Even better if you get on of the lawn-fertilizer attachments and fill it with something nasty. Who wants a windshield full of $h!t??

You could even put the motion detector on a timer so it's not on when you would be coming home or leaving for work. Better yet, there are outlet controls that work with Homelink devices. Like a garage door opener for your sprinkler.

I saw a guy who setup his sprinkler with the ability to squirt the people that walk across his yard. It was great.

Sounds like something off of Candid Camera. I'd love to see that.:p
