I am getting close to needing new tires on my '06 Crew cab 4x4 tacoma and have only gotten around 35,000 out of the past two sets I bought. Just curious as to what kind you have had the best milage out of your tires and what name brand they were.

Yeah I don't think I ever got 50k out of any tires. Used bridgestone, dunlop, negotiator:p, general and bunch of others. The latest are expensive michelin's so we'll see.

I got over 110,000 miles on Michelin LTX M/S. I then traded them to my barber and he got another 15,000 miles. I expect the same or better from my M/S2 Michelins.

50K+ miles from BFG A/T KOs. Was not pleased with Michelin LTXs, that had soft sidewalls and performed poorly on snow/ice.

105k on Michelin LTX with my Cherokee. They stayed in balance and wore better than any other tire I have ever had.
I will be going with the LTX MS2 for my next set of tires.

Never like to have so little rubber that flats are common... as well as loss of traction.
