...well sad to say but I somehow managed to swing my trailer too far around this wknd and put a nice gouge in my rear fender flare, luckily I dont think there is and sheet metal damage, but, I want to remove the flare just to be sure and pop the kink back out of it. I took a quick look and was wondering what the best way to remove the stock flare was? Thanks guys/gals!!!

There isn't much you can do about not breaking those stupid plastic clips. Just find them online or go to the stealership and get a few, you will snap one or two just fyi.

If you search there are a couple of threads on this, also reference the online manual. I was looking into doing it, but ended up letting the body shop do it (repairing some son-inspired scratches).

As I recall, as has been mentioned, the clips are a bitch, expect to break some. I also recall reading that removing the fender well and pushing the clips from the back helped.
