i LQQKED at the book at Pep Boys, assumed 2009 Silver Streak Mica is the same as my 2010... LQQKED down, no more stock. the guy said they are discontinuing spray paint and aren't getting any more in. he called all the Pep Boys near me and they were also out of stock.

    Same deal at Autozone.

I need the rattle can for my Bumper Plugs and Satoshi grill mod. Do i need to go to the dealer and pay $39.95 for a rattle can? (i made that number up, but i assume the dealer is pricey)

You can get a touch up pen from the dealer.

If you want a can of spray paint, I got mine from the ebay seller "spraycansunlimited". Reasonably prices, and a perfect match.

I think it is glossy, but they do recommend using clear coat. I did several layers of paint and CC and I'm happy with the results. Shoot them an email if you have any questions.

^Love the snake avatar. Doubt many people have read that cartoon.

Anyways, do you guys have Napa stores down there? I think I paid like $10-15 moose bucks for a larger rattle can of it. Dude specially made it up for me.

The colour code the guy needed to make it was 1E7.
    Matched perfectly.

i was told by my dealer that they buy all thier paint from sherwin williams, and sure enough they do. u can go to any auto body sherwin williams with the paint code and they will mix it and put into a spray can for you. i think its like 17 a can. but that is for my red and reds expensive. only catch is you have to buy min order of three cans.

you should for sure use clear coat over whatever you paint. I painted my grill black w/out clear and a few months later it was chipping bad from bug splats and rock chips.
