Welcome. Are you more interested in a 4 cylinder or V-6 Tacoma, extended, regular or double cab? There are many choices, all of which are good. Happy Tacoma Hunting. I am sure you will find the site very enjoyable, I do.

thanks for the welcome! im looking into v-6 4x4 1st gen preferably extended cab (im 6'4") i found one a 1998 on craigslist with 120k on it for 8500... is that about right? its the first v6 4x4 extended cab that i have seen with less than 200k so i dont know how much is reasonable asking price. given that there is little abuse, bc no truck has no abuse lol, and regular maintenance is up to date how many miles are the v6 engines good for? a friend of mine has a late 90s 4runner (im assuming toyota used the same engine) and got his rebuilt after 250k just bc he could... is it normal for them to last so long?
