Alright so I'm currently leasing my truck through Toyota financial services, but they seem like the biggest group of incompetent boneheads I've ever dealt with. I submitted ALL the paperwork to the dealership and they keep calling me and telling me they need the paperwork to process the lease. I'm like I already signed the lease and the dealer has all the information!

They're like "oh ok we'll call the dealer." And of course nobody there talks to each other, so a few days later some other mental defective will call me asking for the same thing. What the hell's wrong with these people? Anyone else have bad experience with them???

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Sounds like a dealer issue, not Toyota Financial. I have never had an issue with them. I was given a dead license plate on my Tundy. I was driving around for 6 months with a dead tag.

No problems with financing with TFS I have a few loans with them.
Now my dealerships' abilities to process paperwork have left little to be desired....
