I really don't think i want to spend the extra $$$$ on new UCAs, so I was considering 5100s up front set to 1.75, and a rear 1.5 AAL. My questions are, would this really even make a noticeable difference? Is this as high as i could get without spending the big bucks on new UCAs? What about the risks of getting vibes after the install? Could I fit 265s in there? 275s? If anyone could chime in with any knowledge or opinions it would be great!

Some members do run the 5100s at 2.5 without new UCAs and seem to be happy with it.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
A lot of people like the Billy 5100 lift... You can fit 265s stock, so ya, they'll fit. You'll notice the lift, although it is smaller than a 3ish" lift.

FYI - you don't need aftermarket UCAs when you lift. New UCAs simply make the truck drive a bit better because your caster is back in spec. I drove 21k miles with stock UCAs and an OME 885 3" lift with no adverse wear on my tires.

Vibes are a risk that you'll take by lifting.. I had small vibe, but got used to it... wasn't horrifically noticeable...
