I recently purchased a wheel bearing assembly from an eBay vendor. It arrived quickly and a tracking number was given immediately. I just wanted to give people another option since its been a hot topic lately. The vendor's name is 8maggie.

Here's a link to the Dorman/ Koyo hubs:
    https://m.ebay.com/itm/2003-2015-4Runner-GX470-460-4x4-complete-KOYO-Front-Wheel-Hub-bearing-assembly/

And here are a few pics of my install:

Adding this here to help with seals. Credit goes to @Crom for this one.

I just ordered a set of these as well. Hopefully they last. Great price and fast shipping, but I am a little worried about quality.

FWIW, Amazon is right now selling the DuraGo wheel bearing & hub kit for $40; part# 29596058. I previously paid $70; installed it on the pass side and have about 9K miles on it. On the driver side, I have 30K miles on a combo of DuraGo bearing and Dorman hub. DuraGo makes good quality Chinese made auto parts. I have installed brake shoes, brake rotors, and bearings on my other Toyota products and have no complaints. I bought a kit two nights ago to set up as a backup and I'm thinking of getting a 2nd kit before the price goes back up or they run out.

Just swapped out the stock wheel studs for longer ones on the new hubs. Now the stud threads will come all the way through the wheel nuts. Tomorrow I will be trying the wheel bearing hub assembly removal and installation. Hopefully it goes well as I will be getting my truck back with the new frame installed.

I just replaced my passenger’s side bearing assembly from the same vendor. Only 3 days to my door from purchase. So far both purchases have been top notch.

Sure Ray. I took the center piece of a pulley puller to get the seal started into the spindle. Just tap the center of the pulley puller with a hammer.

Thats the hardest part is just getting it started. Once started I followed up with a small block of wood to seat.

I had no luck with starting with the piece of wood, it was too soft.

Buyer beware. There are lots of fake Koyo bearings from China. Authentic Koyo bearings are serialized along the skinny edge.

I sell assemblies with AUTHENTIC Koyo bearings with quick turnaround HERE

How long do the originals last, if lifted 1.5 inches, any rule of thumb?

Sorry I don’t have that exact angle. The side picture is the best I have of the seal. I guess anyone else that orders one can snap a pic of that angle for comparison.

Mine only lasted 65k with 2.5 inches of lift. I honestly thought they would last at least 120k miles or more. It does seem that hubs are a common wear item for offroading.

The first pic is a fair angle, looks a little dry. Maybe it does IDK
I have to admit I wasn't happy to see this, I have been trying to give people on the forum a legit option with quick shipping.
I was in the process or restructuring my offering, you certainly expedited that lol good find
To stay competitive I now offer free shipping and am including nuts/cotter pins and steering knuckle seals as part of the purchase.
I had put these on order last week and received today, I just updated my listing with the pics.
