    Thanks for the quick turnaround, 6 days to Anchorage! The drivers side was the problem and the noise is gone. I decided to do the passenger side today while I have the time but it will not come off. I managed to pull it back 15-20mm and can spin the hub body so it must be the splines? Pushed it back on and pulled it out and it stops at the same 15-20mm spot. Why don't they lubricate the splines?

    You're welcome :)

    sounds like the splines could be rusted and preventing it from pulling out of the hub.

    I like to put a lite coat of antiseize on the splines during reassembly.

    I tried to get my rotors off after pulling the calipers. It's stuck on. Looks like there are two threaded holes that are used to press off the rotor...? Is that what they are for, and if so, what size of bolts do I need?

    I believe they're m8x1.5 but not positive. Sometimes a few love taps with a dead blow will pop them loose as well.

    Have an M8x1.25 bolt handy just incase the M8x1.50 does not thread in. The 1.25 is a pretty standard pitch for M8 bolts on many Toyotas.

    Got my set and installed them last weekend. Truck runs smooooooooth again! Only issue was dealing with the stubborn rotors but once I figured out how to get them off, everything else was a piece of cake! Took a little less than 2 hours to complete both sides. Noticed my inner CV boot on the passenger side was cracked so looks like I have another project on my hands. Feels great to drive at higher speeds without having to worry if my wheel will fly off. Thanks again Kev!!
