Oh that's the only reason you ordered from me :p
Your comment made me laugh. Although it's douched in grease, it won't hurt anything - and it won't help either

I got your order Kyle, it will be going out this coming week

Thanks to all who took advantage of the sale and placed an order this past week. I'll get them built and shipped out this week along with the remainder of the previous orders.

Remove the brake rotor from the hub. On the first gen Prerunner there should be a locking nut on the inner side of the spindle. You must remove this nut first.
Use a hub puller to pull the hub out out of the bearing.
Use a bearing puller to remove the bearing from the spindle.
Installation is reverse of removal -- check all seals and torque all bolts for longevity of the new bearing.

I ordered these a few weeks ago and finally received them last week. The quality of the bearings is great. Customer service, not so much.

There was no communication except what I initiated myself. When the bearings had taken longer than originally stated, I sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled, and that a refund be issued. I received a reply that my order had already been shipped. Finally received my order over a week later. The items were not shipped out until a week after I asked that my order be cancelled.

I understand things can get behind with the holidays, but there is no reason to lie to customers just to keep from losing the business.

If you want a good quality product without regard for customer service, these might be for you.

If it bothers you to deal with dishonest people, there are other members on this site that provide the same service.

Thank you for the honest feedback. November was a rough month for me. I let everyone know that I do this by myself: respond to inquires via email & 3 other forums - compile order confirmations - order parts & supplies - build orders - package orders - create and affix labels. This is all done part time. I am upfront and honest when people ask for a lead time .. this is a projected lead time that can change within the hour. I try to keep customers up to date with the build process but that is sometimes lost because I simply do not have time to fit that in. I used to be able to keep these assemblies in stock but they are gone before I even have them built.
With my full time work schedule changing in the next 2 weeks I will have more dedicated time to complete orders every day. Right now I have one day during the week and most of the weekend to get these orders built, I then package and ship them throughout the week.

This is not an excuse, just an explanation of how I do things here. I ask everyone who orders if their truck is broken, on borrowed time or if they can wait to receive their order because I do not have any hubs in stock.

I will be at full steam after next week so I can guarantee assemblies to be in stock

Rant over, back to work :D

Hopefully for you he gets a lot done this week as I ordered back on the 16th of November and I do not have tracking numbers for my pair yet. He told me to "expect them Tuesday or Wednesday" of this week over the weekend but has not supplied me or the paypal order any tracking information.

EDIT** - a shipping label was created yesterday for my order last night around 11pm. No movement yet but I think that's progress.

Kevin- if I don't hear from you by the end of the day today, I'll cancel my order and refute the credit card charge. There's no reason to be charging customers weeks before the order ships. Especially when you told me you would mail my hubs last Thursday.

Both of your orders shipped and I PM'd both of you saying i would send the tracking # when i get home this evening.

PayPal automatically emails you a tracking # when it is generated. If you paid via a credit card then the tracking # would be saved in my USPS history.
