Got mine in and got the truck back up and running. I ordered a dorman assembly, but these came in before the dorman one did, so I ended up installing the jersey built one instead and ill hang onto the dorman for a spare. Glad to have my truck back up and running! Thanks again @nj636

You're very welcome! Thank you for checking in.

All that Dorman is good for is a spare - they use a very cheap, poorly made bearing. I had to order one myself to pull it apart and inspect. I'm not impressed.

Hey just curious. I have the TRD beadlock style wheels with splined lugnuts. The issue is the stud barely sticks out through the wheel so getting them started is tricky. The 1/2" longer stud sounds nice but would they be too long for the lugs with no spacer? If so I might consider 1/4" wheels spacers?

The question is does the lug engage the stud more than a few threads?

That looks gruesome! How many miles on the truck? How can this be prevented?

THAT IS SPECTACULAR! I'm thoroughly impressed

Do you have access to air tools? An air hammer strategically placed on the bearing would be ideal. I'm sure a large chisel/punch and a 3 pound sledge would work too. I have heard of people using a slide hammer but I've never had to go that route (and you're beyond that point :) )

    enough to have fun
Had that exact thing happen to me. @loosnut was kind enough to use a big hammer and beat the wheel bearing race out of my spindle, and I smoothed the spindle out and haven't had any issues yet. hit the wheel bearing flange on the corners as if you are trying to "spin" the stuck part. 4 good whacks and my spindle was free!

    good luck!!!
