    Thanks again bro. I bought two to replace both sides at 185k. If you're going to replace one, might as well replace both. I thought my passenger side was bad but then found out both sides were bad. Good thing I bought 2.

    One of the bearings came with the studs gouged, maybe from hitting the other bearing during shipping. Not a big deal because my lug nut didn't go that far down. Everyone make sure you inspect the wheel bearing when you receive them.

    :woot: glad you got them swapped out.

    Yes definitely check the hubs over when you receive them. I try to package them as tight as possible. What happens to them when they leave my hands is a mystery. If you ever receive a damaged hub, contact me first thing. I insure these for the full amount & have had great luck getting the insurance money back for lost or damaged hubs.

    I recently had a pair of Prerunner hubs lost in transit. It took almost 8 weeks of back & forth with USPS, but the insurance money was paid back.

    I just ordered a set of 4x4 hubs, looking forward to a quiet ride!

    I have a 2010 4x4 taco with 78,000 and have been blaming the impossibly loud road noise on some duratracs at the end of their life. Just put new duratracs on last night and can now hear a growl that only goes away around curves.

    On a side note, I have heard that the ABS and traction control light can be affected by a bad bearing which causes wobbling and sensor alignment issues. My lights came on a few months ago; have you ever heard of new bearings fixing this common issue?

    Yes you are absolutely correct on the abs sensor issue. If the bearing is that badly worn and has been driven on for a length of time, it can heat/melt the sensor.
