    My thought exactly. Perhaps look at the shape of the shipping box, see how damaged it is or if there is any damage to the shipping box. Should be able to file a claim with USPS I think. The hubs are packaged good with foam, hard for them to shift during transit and beat up each other. Does the other hub also have damage to it?

    I'll be out a couple hundred bucks- you're right, that IS horrible advice haha

    I'm actually hoping someone, specifically members who have received these from me, can play devil's advocate and imagine a way this could have legitimately happened.

    Don't get me wrong, there has been a learning curve along the way and I have received damaged bearings back. I pack the bearings very carefully, to include orientation of the studs in the box for reasons you guys aren't aware of.

    It seems at least half of people asking me for these have 0 messages- in other words they came to TW just to get these assemblies. I'm glad this brings people to the forum but occasionally one will have no respect for what we're trying to do here or forum etiquette.
