    Did one side tonight but I don’t think the axle is fully seated. Yes I did put a new axle seal on there! What do you guys think?

    It looks like the seal on the CV isn't set fully to where the old one was, with all that shiny metal showing.

    Correct. Old cv seal was all the way against that lip where my arrow is pointing. I’m going to cinch it down today. It was 1130 last night wrapping this up & I didn’t want to put my impact on there full blast full send. Would have been very loud

    Tightening the axle nut is not how you seat the seal on the CV joint. You are going to trash the seal.

    Also, I see you replaced the knuckle. Is there a new seal pressed into the knuckle?

    Fixed it, what a pain. My advice for anyone is to push the new seal onto the axle all the way and then make sure the axle is fully seated against spindle when reinstalled
