I really like the look of the new stock OR wheels, wish my 13' had those. Those TRD Pro 4 Runner wheels are pretty sweet too

Stock wheels on the OR look great in my opinion, not entirely sure why so many folks feel inclined to replace them immediately when lifting... Is it due to rim width limitations, maybe?

FJ Black. I think those would look sick on an MGM Tacoma! Plus staying with 16" would be smart if you plan on any kind of rough road or off road conditions. Taller sidewall is better for that.

I love the new stock Off Road wheels, I would leave them. I don't care for the new Sport wheels though so I would replace them if I purchased a Sport.

How much are you looking to spend & what are you thinking you can sell the off units for?

I voted for the TRD Pro 4Runner wheels. If it were mine, the deal would need to be essentially cost neutral or it wouldn't happen. I get it tho...those standard rim make me gag.

Do so many Tacoma owners get rid of the stock OR wheel due to weight? upgraded tire options? help me understand (outside of aesthetics)...

Out of these options I'd stick with the stock wheels. If I were going aftermarket it wouldn't be any of these.

Stock OR wheels are awesome, don't change them. Steel/SR5/Sport/Limited wheels are all pretty meh. Dark Satin SR and OR are the best, IMO.

I prefer the trd pro wheels but I am running stock OR wheels. More of a cost issue for me though.

    My problem is:

I don't like being like everyone else. Though I agree with all of the folks above who stated the OR wheels are good looking, I feel like I don't wanna have the same wheels as every other OR Tacoma out there.

If I got the TRD Pro wheels, no one or very limited amount of ppl have them.

Only dilemma is costs of purchasing new wheels and tires.

I am sure there are millions of options for wheels, but I wanna keep it Toyota or TRD OEM bound.

Well since we can't see pictures of the wheels and the truck I have to go with TRD PRO wheels. My favorite wheel overall buy without a shot of the whole truck and wheels it's hard to say which combo is best.

The stock off roads look sick when you plasti derp them. There's a guy on the forum that did it to his blue taco. Looks sick.
