2005 access cab 4x4 V6 6Spd

installed 1/4" mr gasket chevy/toyota bolt pattern wheel spacers to gain a little clearance from the UCA's on my 33" tires with my stock 16X7 Yota wheels and I have loud noise with every rotation of the driver's side wheel. everything's nice and tight so i dont know what the noise is? anyone have a clue? this is on a 2005 Tacoma 4x4 V6 six speed access cab model with a 3" lift and 33" NTG tires. planning on buying 1.25" spidertrax hub centric spacers once i have the exra dough but these mr gaskets are temporary...... thanks everyone....
