I had an aftermarket bumper installed, I was hearing a rattling afterwards and seem to have pinpointed it to the splash guard in the wheel well. Went by parts and they sold me some screws (part # 90080-11373) which were not what i needed.

After looking online I think it may be the "Wheel opening molding grommet 90189-06236"

Is this one of those plastic clips that should have a plastic pin insert? Or one that accepts a small screw?20181118_152944.jpg 20181126_133612.jpg

Those grommets you pictured are adequate alone to hold the OEM plastic liner in position without screws. If your hearing a rattle it's most likely the plastic liner, looks like the install shop cut it off a bit high so it's trapping excess air in the wheel wells.

We do carry that hardware if needed

No l don't think that's it's, more of a rattle from bumps not wind during high speeds.
