It's not the cost that frustrates people, it's that it's added later without any idea up front of the cost

I can tell that Headstrong has built the shipping costs into the products. NOTHING is free in this world!

@HeadStrong Off-Road FTW I ordered extended brake lines from wheelers which came entirely wrong so they shipped me nother set wrong again! I'll order from somewhere else and not going through the hassel of trying to return because they make it more difficult than it should be

Headstrong all the way. Never dealt with a company where they answer your every question in detail until you fully understand the product.

what @Bennett707 said. I'm from Oregon and prefer to order from Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road . Great customer service and she will answer your questions pretty fast.

And they are really active on the forum which is great.

I just don't like how Wheeler's wont tell you how much shipping is until they decide to bill you. That all just seems weird to me.

Yes. That's not the issue here. Upfront costs are good. Headstrong may incorporate some charges into the products but at least you know before you pay.. allows you to shop around. Wheelers adds shipping after you've paid, without you knowing the cost before Payment. This can be found out by contacting them but it's kind of annoying to do every time

I use both. No complaints with either. I like having multiple choices.

I contacted wheelers a while back and got a "discount" on a set of wheel spacers. Didn't think shipping would be much since they could easily fit in a priority box. Nope, they sent a huge box UPS and charged nearly $30 for it. :annoyed:o_O

Contacted them just a few days about about a OME kit... quoted $185 shipping!!!!! :censored:  It's funny that most everywhere else has free shipping when you spend that much.

I received the same exact $185 shipping "estimate" for an OME kit!

The biggest thing I like about Wheeler's is they offer a complete turn-key OME kit.

It's on my list of upgrades but I keep spending too much with Pelfreybilt. 2 bumpers and skids are not cheap.
