    The wheels seem to have corroded over the years of winter use here in the northeast.

    Was there ever a recall on these falling apart like this that I could still take advantage of? My father in laws Sequoia has the same issue, so I know its not just me.

    No - there's never been a recall on 2001 - 2004 Tacoma OEM wheels.
