So currently I am running 285/70s with 17x8.5 Procomp 5034 Rockwells and a 3" inch pro comp lift. I am very happy with how the truck looks but I've always really liked the wide stance look that a few people have been doing. I have a set of 1.25 wheel spacers that i will be installing this week but I am also thinking about upgrading to 17x9s with a -12 offset to achieve the width I desire. If I run spacer + these new wheels will I have a lot of rubbing issues? Hoping one of you experts can help me out! Thanks

It depends. The spacers could either help you or hurt you, I would find someone running a similar setup with spacers already installed.. They might better help you then I can.
I have heard that they can CAUSE rubbing a lot of times. Also have heard that they can sometimes fix it..

I have a quick question and hopefully someone can help me out. I just bought 2" wheel spacers for my truck and of course I find out more information after the purchase. I thought i did pretty good research before hand. My question is I bought lug centric wheel spacer and I have a 2001 tacoma is it lug centric or hub centric. thanks
