I would like to replace my 6.5" rear speakers with two 6.5" JL audio speakers, which I already have. Yesterday I removed the access panel and discovered that the stock speakers are wired differently, with a little clip thing. How do I get rid of the clip, so I am able to wire the speakers normally?

cut the connector off. Just leave a lil bit of wire at the end of connector. In case you ever want to go stock again , you can always solder them back
