depends on my plans for the day...If I am out getting dirty/greasy after I complete the evolution, if I have business appointments, before the appointment.

If not, normally in the late afternoon, before supper.

Usually once a day in the morning. Had a few jobs where I went up to 9 days without showering. Sometimes it wouldn't be fresh water, either. I wouldn't suggest any of that, though.

    How about "both"?

I excercise in the morning before breakfast, and in the evening after work and before dinner.

In the morning before work, shave in the shower.

If I did something out of the norm during the day that got me overly sweaty, than at night too.

I shower every other day, and jump in for a quick rinse after I run and go to the gym. Maybe I just have sensitive skin?

Twice most days, summertime, three a day is fairly common, of course that depends. But as others have posted I'm a sweaty dude, hell, I can sweat in the shower, after cutting grass. Can't stand that sticky-ass feeling of dried sweat on me. OK, I'm going to get in the shower now.

Incredibly enough, I have a genetic skin disorder, that makes my skin "scaly". It is called "Ichthyosis_vulgaris". How do I cope with it? I use natural oils found in the health food store. Girls find funny "in a good way" that I smell like the "beach". I just tell 'em that must Floridians do! ;)

well thats cool. I use dove body wash, just the white stuff. anything harsher and my skin would be itchy and irritated. I don't sweat much and my cherokee blood makes it where I can't even grow sideburns, so I really don't get dirty that easily. In the winter I probably shower every two days cause the cold air dries my skin out.

I shower during the day. I rarely shower at night. I did during my senior year of high school because I only went to school for a few hours in the morning.

I hate the wet kitten feeling after taking a shower. However, my facial hair grows so fast, that I have to shower in the morning just to look good.

Sometimes I take two showers a day. I usually do because I don't want to get my bed sheets dirty.

Plus I should always shower after returning from working at the hospital.

Im about the same as you and i shower less because of it.. Try fish oil, 2-3 times a day, plus increasing your water intake.. That helps me.

I usually shower in the morning, because it:

    1.) Wakes me up

2.) Cleans me off. I get more grimey from laying around for 8 hours than I do lightly moving throughout the day.

3.) It cleans me poop off. To quote Daniel Tosh: "Have you ever taken a shit after a shower? You might as well go back to bed and start your whole day over."

multivitamin, fish oil, and I always got a big bottle of water with me.
Honestly I like not having to worry about showering everyday.

    None (for now)
In the morning before work, at night when I get home, after sex (things tend to get messy). Showers are exculeded however if: Playing in the rain or a dip in the pool. Id don't care what mom says.. That counts.
