    Both. I shower at least twice a day, usually. I NEED a shower after I get up in the am to help me wake up. Then I shower in the pm after the gym/run/bike ride. Sometimes there is a third shower involved, if I'm dirty from work, or after giving myself a haircut.

    At bare minimum 2x a day. I usually get up and shower, work out then shower again. Pull a work day and work out followed by a shower then before bed I shower for the last time.

    At minimum once a day. I do it first thing in the morning when I wake up, and then I will again after the gym most of time time, if I am going out, etc.

    I have no set pattern. It just depends on the day and what i do. If i get sweaty then i shower that night. If not i shower in the morning. If i do nothing all day (stay at computer for work type deal) then i might not even shower till the following evening. Basically i shower when i need it but the max i go is 2 days.

    Now if im camping that is a whole nother story :)

    Stonewall is the fattest 5 lug slug ever
    Usually once every other day, unless I've been sweating really bad at work that day, or doing messy work. (Painting, drywall, insulation, working on a car, etc.) I always shower at night. Pretty rare for me to take a shower in the morning or during the day.
