But just received my maglite mounts today and was wondering if I could see some pics of different places they were mounted in the 2nd Gen Tacos?

I was thinking about beside my right leg on the side below the shifter?

    decisions, decisions?

So no washer or nut behind the side of the seat? I havebeen trying to mount my mag lite but I cant get behind it and I'm afraid the self tapping screws will just tear apart the thin plastic.

I used small machine screws and nuts; I didn't want the self tappers pulling through the plastic in the long run.

How did you get the nuts around the backside? I cant seem to get my fingers back there. Did you remove the whole side plastic side board?

my DC actually came with a maglite holder that attaches behind the rear drivers side back seat that folds down. It just kind of slides onto the plastic.

In the plastic compartments in my rear seat, there was a deal hanging. I am assuming it was for a flashlight as my Maglight fits perfect in the hole.

Double that. No offense, but Mag Lite's are oversized, heavy, dim lit P.O.S. compared to a Surefire. Or, have neither, and get yourself an XDM .45 w/ Tac lite/laser mounted on the rails.

the big 4 D-cell ones stand up in that hole and rattle around. i also caused mine to bust loose from the holder and roll around in that area.
