    best bet is prolly gonna be just keeping a look out for one on craigslist. i posted my chrome bumper up for trade for a colormatched bumper...had a silver sport bumper on my truck within like 2 days

    or you can buy the black unpainted "skin" from toyota, strip all the useable parts off of yours, paint the skin, and reassemble. you will be left with a chrome bare bumper, but other than trading, nothing is more cost effective.

    trading is an ideal situation.
