Jake, I like RoadPro cable for CB applications but I'm certain that people will chime in with their personal favorites. Here is a quick Google search link.

i have a Firstik setup, minus the cb itself, the cable is reliable and tough. they're a little pricey but worth. Check Amazon, thats where i got my kit from
