Where to mount aftermarket light switch?

    I am ordering a hella 500 light kit and am wondering where the best place would be to mount the switch? Truck's a first gen.

    Oh i know of a good spot. you know where there's a blank spot next to the air vents, well I popped that blank out of the dash, drilled a hole to fit the switch and put it back in the dash. I'll try to find a pic.

    Also, is that a hunter brush guard on your truck (in your sig)? If so, I just ordered one.

    ha ha, yeah my dad probably wouldn't be that happy if i took that out.

    There's a blank spot to the left of the steering wheel by the ECT (i think that's what it is?) button. would that be a good place to put the switch?

    If I had a blank there I would use it. My diff lock and clutch start cancel buttons occupy those.
