where to put fog lights?

i am looking for some sort of set up , bumper and fog lights. allpro is just way to expensive on their front bumper with tabs for lights. they have another bumper which weighs less then the one with light tabs but it has no light tabs and the arb weighs more then both. but looking for a light bar or somewhere to mount fog lights. can they go on the front grill?

 

no see i want to add a whole different bumper. so where else can i mount some fog lights? on the grill maybe?

 

yea but its way to heavy, ok maybe i should say this. say there is no front bumper, where can i mount fogs on the front ?
