Just another data point, I also used the Koyo Radiator #C1755 on my 1998 Tacoma Pre-runner, and could only get 3 out of 4 bolt holes to line up with the radiator. The fourth (and unattached) is the bottom right (facing the front of the truck), and it is too far inboard by about a a centimeter. It looks like there is enough room on the radiator housing to drill a hole for the fourth bolt, so that will be the most likely solution (but three out of four bolts, with threadlocker) seems to secure the radiator very well without any noticeable vibration.

Glad i found this thread. Spent the cash on the OEM radiator and have same issues with hole alignment, bottom is way off. Center to center bolt hole is 27-1/8 vs 27-1/4 but it is still a good 1/2” off. Makes me think core itself is canted. May just save the money and go aftermarket vs taking a chance on tweaking costly oem unit.

Not sure if I should start a new thread. I want to get the clearance that a Manual TRD has. I know I need an external tranny cooler and a new front skid plate. Is there a manual fan shroud? How far off is the auto shroud on the Manual radiator?
    Thanks (I did search)

186k on my 98 sr5.. noticed some rad fluid drip by the petcock.. then realized the fluid was seeping from the plastic seams and the stamped areas of the radiator.. just bought new rad, upper / lower hoses and fluid... looks like there's a small trans cooler rad and another small mystery rad zip tied to the original rad.. installed by the p/o.. not sure if either surplus assembly are hooked up proper.. or at all
