I've used it with Jameson and gingerbeer, actual beer, Jager, water, soda. Etc etc etc. Its well worth the price tag. On golf outings I'll bring two... Use one to drink out of and the other to show how hardly any ice melted after a 5 hour round in the middle of summer and to refill ice when needed.

I don't work for this company. Just want to share how awesome it is.

Remember that if you drink all the liquid and re add liquid you will get initial melting of ice.

Do you consider yourself to be a hipster or do you try to keep up on personal appearances? Hipster or any affinity to skinny jeans and scarfs requires you to keep the old one (vintage is highly important).

Could you stand to be seen with an old water container knowing you have a shiny/dentless new one waiting? How do you feel about advertising for corporate America?

    I am not a hipster.

Advertising for corporate America does not bother me. However, we are a recycling company. Tossing the old one for no good reason does not demonstrate sustainability.

    The old weighs 6.2 oz
New, 7.1 oz with e carabiner, 6.9 oz without.

As mentioned above, the old has a few dents on the bottom edge which makes it a bit wobbly when upright. The new is quite stable.

What about when full, 3/4 full, 1/2 full and so on. The new bottle with its rather comfortable ergonomic shape may present some problems with improper weight balances and become top heavy at different stages of consumption. Specifically, the more full it is, thus rendering it an evener smaller storage capacity, inevitably leading to thirst.

I would be concerned with you switching without ample testing.

What about using both? Save yourself a trip or 2 by filling up both bottles

Would probably give your boss the perception you are a more efficient and therefore more valuable member of his workforce..thus further delaying your inevitable demotion to toilet cleaner

Well when John gives the perception of efficiency by filling both bottles at once...this will further make bgr look like he never works

Problem is that he does never work, therefore rendering it impossible to fire him. Then if John is that efficient, they see he can handle his job and toilet duties as well.
