Whole suspension squeaks

Hey guys, so Ive been looking around here trying to figure out what could be cause my squeaking. Its coming from the front and the rear.

In a nut shell, anytime something is moved on my truck it squeaks. Getting in, getting out speed bumps, when im braking, basically anything that involves movement.

My thoughts are that it could be my shocks, they are stock with 88,000 miles on it, or that it could be bushing on the truck since they are stock too.

Any thoughts would be great.
